galina at reception was so helpful when i arrived early she upgraded me to all inclusive it was perfect. the pool bar staff were amazing especially madison cristian and juan. i am already planning my return trip for next year!
the check in process was really slow it took over an hour the queues were very long. it wasn't ideal since i had tired kids with me the hotel could improve this experience.

the swimming pools were lovely the slides were fun for kids especially. the pools are a major highlight also the common areas were clean and inviting perfect for everyone.

Check-in was fast, that's good! My king room was very clean and spacious. I found the public areas well-kept, though I didn't use them much. The pool area was busy, it is true, but there were many families with kids. The hotel completely met my expectations.
The hotel lacked an available bus into the city. This made going to the center somewhat difficult.

i just came back from a wonderful trip with my family. we had a spacious apartment with great air conditioning and wifi. we loved the easy access to the pool. the food variety at meal times was good for both adults and children.
i sometimes had to wait at reception, it took a while to order a taxi. a third person at reception to handle basic tasks would improve the experience.

The pool facilities ARE excellent. The staff at the pool bar were great and friendly. It was a joy to talk with them. Well done to all management and staff for the service levels you provide.
The door didn't lock! only 2 of the rings in the hob worked. There were only 2 dining chairs around a large table. The shutter didn't lift right up.

Solid stay near the golf club

Check-in was fast. I appreciated that a lot. The room I had was spacious and very clean. The pool area seemed to have enough space, though it was busy with many children. I found the hotel met my needs for accommodation close to the golf club, the main reason for my visit.
The spa was closed. That was a real shame, as I was looking forward to using it.

My king room was large and clean. The air conditioning worked very well during my entire stay. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a really great touch.

Solid Stay with Great Pool Facilities

Check-in was quick, which I appreciated after arriving. The room was spacious and clean, a big plus. I really enjoyed the pool area. It's well-designed for both adults and kids. The staff at the pool bar, Madison, Cristian, and Juan, were friendly.
The wait times at reception could be long, especially when ordering a taxi, and I think a third person for basic tasks would greatly improve this.

The all-inclusive food selection offered great variety, even the kids found many options. Complimentary wine and fresh fruit were provided. The wine was tasty. The fruit was also fresh!!!
